As
you well know, the City Councils do not put any limitation to what you are
allowed to apply for. The craft is in knowing in advance what you may
likely obtain permission for and what you may not. Permissions we obtained
from the city Councils across the London area with a rate of 98% of success are diverse and can be mainly
related to:
·
Listed
buildings Grade II:
This included offices, residential accommodation, public meetings halls,
restaurants, religious buildings, community centers and etc. Our
experience is deep in such field and our list of projects or advice on the
design and obtaining permissions for such buildings is paramount.
·
Planning
permissions to change use from ordinary A1 use to A3 use-i.e.
from grocery shop etc (which can be covered by A1 use) to restaurants with
full capacity of serving food on the premises and take away service; from
B1 to A1, D2 to D1 and buildings of mixed uses.
·
Planning
permissions
for several other
uses including and not confined to,
extensions, loft conversions,
external and internal changes and etc of the same sort.
·
Building
Control
Approval
for
details of material complying to laws in several types of buildings
following it up to obtain certificates of completion from the City
Councils without which you can not sell or re-mortgage you property. |
