1-4 Hyde Park gate Mews, London sw7

Four houses composed of four floors located in the heart of the highly valued area of London connected to each other to form one house of two entrances: one for servants and another for residents. With a noisy humid air in the swimming pool in the basement, small bed rooms that need enlargement, dining room that needs refurbishment and new interior, with interior needing air conditioning and decoration, with rooms needing TV plasma screens and voice system to install, with all these issues to tackle, we were called in.

With floors and steps made of limestone, we had to move our equipment. With very valuable furniture laid around and with very expensive carpets fitted under our feet, we had to do all repairs and decoration. We had to reduce noisy motors for dehumidifying the swimming pool and at the same time to increase their strength to remove the humidity.  We had to demolish walls and remove debris among and over all these valuable expensive material. We did it as it looks to be.
